Step 1: Creating a Penguin

- If you have not already created an account, click "Create a free account now".
Club Penguin Rules

- To continue, you have to agree to the Club Penguin Rules.
Create Your Child's Penguin
 |
- You must now choose which color you want your penguin to be. Remember that you can purchase other colors in the Penguin Style Catalog in the game.

Choose a Name for Your Child's Penguin

- You must now choose the name of your penguin. Your name will be checked by the Club Penguin Team.
Protect Your Child's Penguin

- You will have to make up a password and enter your or your parent's e-mail address. Then you must agree to the Terms of Use.
Your Child's Safety is Important
 |
- You can now choose whether you want Standard Safe Chat or Ultimate Safe Chat. Standard Safe Chat is still restricted. It still prevents players from trying to give out their phone numbers, address, and other personal information. Ultimate Safe Chat limits users to a predefined selection of greetings, questions, statements, emotes, actions, and greeting cards. Ultimate Safe Chat users can only see Ultimate Safe Chat messages.
