Event News - Choose Your Destiny!
We have set up a Quest of sorts to help you find your destiny. There are 4 start rooms, all with the same name and look. Each contains a path, and a choice of teleporters. There are several similar rooms that follow, each with another choice for you to make. When you enter the final room your destiny is revealed: Hero or Villain.
When:
Friday March 24 - 2:30 to 8:30pm, Pacific
Saturday March 25 – 8:30am to 7:30pm, Pacific
Sunday March 26 - 8:30am to 7:30pm, Pacific
Where:
Look for rooms owned by HOST_Babs, titled Choose Your Destiny here
The final room will reward you for your journey, but only the first time each day.
Here are the rewards:
Friday - Purple Superhero Shirt
Saturday - Purple Superhero Pants
Sunday -Superhero Mask
Please note: these reward items are not tradable.
You may complete the Quest as many times as you like, but will only receive a reward the first time you complete it each day.
What is our next event? We're still not ready to give you all the details, but plan to spend some time with us March 31 - April 2. No hints yet, but we promise it's not an April Fool's joke.

Tips for Playing With Other People

- Be kind. Don't judge a player because he/she is a guest, or because his or her skin is blue; they are just as important as you.
- Try to listen when the room owner is explaining the rules to the game. People don't like to repeat the same thing many times.
- Read the room description before entering, it saves a lot of talking for people who run games; many use their room descriptions to explain it faster.
- Don't go into a room and say 'I want inferno' then say it again and again; it gets annoying.
- Before sending friend or trade requests, read players signatures. Some don't like to trade or be friends with people they don't know.
- Don't beg someone for stuff; this gets on a lot of peoples nerves
- Like someone's room or game? Tell them!
- Play fair. Remember, it's just a game!
- Don't follow people around when they don't want you to; sometimes friends just need some space.

Best tip for someone new to VMK?
Play the games. Not only are they loads of fun, but they also have really awesome prizes and credits which make for a great time in VMK.
What one safety tip would you like to share with our readers?
Respect the limits of the dictionary. It certainly helps keep EVERYONE in VMK safe.
